About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst / Business Analyst Intern who is eager to learn and grow in the field of data analytics and business intelligence. The intern will support in transforming raw data into visualizations and converting those visualizations into actionable insights that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing raw data from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, analytics tools).

Support writing queries in Mongo and working with MongoDB for data extraction and analysis.

Learn and apply Python scripts for automation and data processing tasks.

Work with visualization tools like Mixpanel, Metabase, and Kibana to build dashboards and reports under guidance.

Use Excel and Google Sheets for data modeling, pivot tables, and reporting (App Script knowledge is a plus).

Help translate visualizations into reports with meaningful business insights.

Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and assist in providing data-driven recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for data analysis. - Familiarity with Mongo query language and MongoDB (academic or project exposure acceptable). -

Interest in learning visualization tools such as Mixpanel, Metabase, or Kibana.

Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts).

Ability to analyze data and present findings in a simple and clear manner.

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of Google App Script for automation. - Exposure to product analytics or business analysis projects. - Basic understanding of data visualization best practices.
