About The Company ARAs Client is a leading IT solutions provider offering Applications Business Process Outsourcing BPO and Infrastructure services globally through a combination of technology knowhow domain and process expertise Over the years we have left an indelible impression in the IT solutions domain with an impressive clientele and an extensive global presence Our integrated solutions offering is aimed at creating value for our customers helping them in improving their business processes with minimum hassles and capital outlays The Role We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented OS Test Engineer Server Side with a strong understanding of server architecture and operating system qualification processes This role involves validating pre-release operating system builds conducting certification testing configuring test environments and ensuring seamless OS integration on HPE Synergy systems The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OS testing infrastructure setup and hardware configurations Skills Required Proficient in OS qualification for enterprise distributions SLES RHEL Windows Server Oracle Linux Ubuntu Experience with HPE Synergy systems and OneView management Familiarity with server setup firmware and driver installation and system-level troubleshooting Ability to configure test setups using DHCP TFTP NFS etc Experience in OS certification workflows for VMware Linux and Windows platforms Hands-on with bug tracking and reporting tools Understanding of infrastructure setup and network protocols related to test environments Qualifications Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Electronics or a related technical discipline Relevant certifications in operating systems or virtualization technologies are an added advantage e g RHCE LPIC Microsoft Certified Windows Server VMware VCP 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in OS testing validation and certification on enterprise server platforms Proven experience with operating systems such as SLES RHEL Ubuntu Oracle Linux and Windows Server Required Skills VMware Linux Windows SLES RHEL Ubuntu Oracle Linux OneView management Windows Server DHCP TFTP NFS SLES RHEL Windows Server Oracle Linux Ubuntu RHCE LPIC Windows Server VMware VCPEducational Qualification B Tech M Tech BCA MCAMay 05 2025Pay Rate6 - 8 INR Per Annum3 - 6 Years Exp 1 Vacancy
