1 Position Quality Head 2 Experience Minimum 7 Years 3 Department QA QC 4 Reporting to Plant Head 5 Preferred Industry Automotive Industry with experience in plastic injection moulding and automobile components 6 Roles and Responsibilities 1 Establish implement and maintain Quality Management Systems QMS as per IATF 16949 ISO 9001 standards 2 Lead Internal audits and coordinate external audits customer and certification bodies 3 Define quality control plans and ensure product quality in line with customer requirements 4 Handle customer visits audits and complaints and ensure effective resolution 5 Implement supplier quality management and maintain incoming material quality standards 7 Drive continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen 5S Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing 8 Maintain and manage quality documentation PPAP submissions and compliance reports 9 Candidate Specific Skills Tools Required IATF 16949 ISO 9001 knowledge Internal Audits External Audits Handling Customer Visits Complaint Handling Lean Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Kaizen 5S Six Sigma 10 Required Qualification Degree Diploma in Mechanical Plastics or Industrial Engineering 11 Key Performance Indicators KPIs 1 Customer Quality Metrics Customer complaints satisfaction score PPAP approvals 2 Production Process Quality First Pass Yield Internal Rejection Rate COPQ Reduction 3 Audit Compliance Non-conformities CAPA closure time IATF audit results 4 Supplier Quality Performance PPM defect rate supplier audit compliance 5 Process Improvement Training Kaizen projects process capability improvement training sessions 12 Key Result Area KRAs 1KRA Customer Complaints Satisfaction 2 Expected Outcome 3 Reduce customer complaints by X per quarter 4 Improve customer satisfaction score to above 95 5 Achieve 100 successful PPAP approvals Kindly share your resume on hr1 rrmgt gmail com and contact on 9081819471 Job Type Full-time Pay 90 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
