You will be responsible for developing strong visual ideas, executing them across various media, and collaborating closely with copywriters and other team members to deliver outstanding advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Concept Visualization: Develop strong, innovative visual concepts and ideas for various advertising campaigns, aligning with strategic objectives and client briefs. - Creative Execution: Execute visual concepts across a wide range of advertising materials, including print ads, digital banners, social media graphics, outdoor advertising, and more. This involves creating layouts, storyboards, and final artwork. - Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with copywriters to ensure seamless integration of visuals and text, creating cohesive and impactful campaign communications. - Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual outputs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent aesthetic across all campaign elements. - Presentation: Prepare and present visual concepts and designs to internal teams and clients, effectively articulating the creative rationale and visual strategy. - Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the advertising industry to bring fresh and innovative approaches to projects. Required Skills: - Strong portfolio showcasing diverse visual concepts and execution for advertising campaigns. - Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. - Ability to translate abstract ideas into clear and engaging visuals. - Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines. - Ability to present and articulate creative ideas clearly and persuasively.
