Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and blogs.
- Build content calendars aligned with brand ethos and emotional drivers (boredom, relevance, purpose).
- Lead video-first storytelling (ideation, scripting, production).
- Collaborate with creators, editors, and agencies for high-quality outputs.
- Manage social media content and engagement across multiple platforms.
- Work with design teams to align visuals with brand guidelines.
- Build and execute PR strategies including media outreach and founder positioning.
- Develop SEO-driven blog content to increase organic reach.
- Track and analyze content performance, optimize for engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and product teams for cohesive messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5 – 7 years of experience in brand content, social media, or digital storytelling.
- Strong portfolio of video-first content and multi-platform campaigns.
- Expertise in writing, editing, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in PR strategy and media engagement.
- Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and video editing platforms.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for building purpose-driven brands.
