Key Responsibilities - 1 Reference User Services Provide in-person online and email reference assistance to students faculty and staff Support users in locating academic resources conducting research and using library tools Assist with circulation desk operations including check-in out reserves and interlibrary loan 2 Collection Development Management Participate in selecting acquiring and evaluating print and electronic resources Assist in cataloging classification and database maintenance Monitor usage statistics to support collection decisions 3 Digital Technical Services Support management of digital collections institutional repositories and online databases Assist users with library technologies including discovery systems e-journals and reference management tools Contribute to the development and maintenance of the library website or LibGuides 4 Administration Coordination Assist with library outreach events and promotional activities Support planning and implementation of library policies procedures and strategic initiatives Supervise student workers or volunteers when assigned Required Qualifications Master s degree in Library MLIB or equivalent from an accredited institution Strong knowledge of library systems academic research tools and cataloging standards Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an academic or research library Familiarity with classification systems such as Dewey Decimal or Library of Congress Experience with integrated library systems ILS digital repositories and e-resource management tools Knowledge of instructional design or teaching experience Key Competencies Research and reference proficiency Technical and digital literacy Attention to detail and organizational skills Problem-solving and critical thinking Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
