Role – SDET

Experience – 6+ Years

Location – Chennai/Bangalore

Work Mode – WFO

Shift Timing – Afternoon (2pm – 10pm)

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, API, and/or mobile applications.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable test code in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Implement tests for functional, integration, regression, and smoke scenarios.
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Collaborate with developers to write testable code and ensure adequate unit and integration test coverage.
- Participate in requirements and design reviews to provide input from a quality perspective.
- Investigate, debug, and triage issues, and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Ensure test environments and data are well managed and available.
- Stay current with industry trends and tools in test automation and quality engineering.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6+ Years of Experience
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java & JavaScript (preferred), or C#, Python.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST Assured, or similar.
- Solid understanding of testing REST APIs and UI components.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Familiarity with source control (Git), test management tools (TestRail, Xray), and issue tracking systems (JIRA).
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to performance testing (e.g., JMeter, k6).
- Experience in working with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of BDD frameworks like Cucumber or SpecFlow.
