About the Department The Marketing & Corporate Communications (MCC) team is central to the TresVista ecosystem in working with both internal & external stakeholders to develop, define and drive the TresVista brand & culture. The Brand Associate will lead brand-building efforts from strategic inputs to conceptualization and execution. As the custodian for initiatives across stakeholders, the Brand Associate will develop mandates & processes for a smooth transition towards brand functions. Role Overview The EVP/SVP of Marketing & Corporate Communications will lead the organization's marketing and communications strategy to drive business growth, brand equity, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a strategic leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of managing a high-performing team while rolling up their sleeves to execute critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine market strategy expertise with operational excellence, ensuring marketing efforts translate into measurable business results. Roles and Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership: - Define and execute integrated marketing and corporate communications strategy aligned with business objectives - Drive brand positioning, messaging, and reputation management across all channels - Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans with clear KPIs and ROI targets - Team Management & Development: - Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team (digital, content, brand, PR, internal comms) - Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and agility - Market Strategy & Execution: - Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and audience segmentation - Oversee demand generation, product marketing, and go-to-market strategies - Ensure flawless execution of campaigns, events, and digital initiatives - Corporate Communications: - Manage internal and external communications, including leadership messaging and change management - Oversee PR, media relations, and crisis communication protocols - Drive employer branding and internal engagement programs - Performance & ROI: - Implement marketing analytics and dashboards to measure effectiveness - Optimize marketing spending and resource allocation for maximum impact - Report performance metrics to leadership and recommend improvements Prerequisites: - Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies - Strong leadership and team-building skills - Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution capability - Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and corporate communications - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Strategic thinker with operational rigor - Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Collaborative and influential across functions - Results-driven with a focus on measurable impact - KPIs for Success - Marketing ROI and pipeline contribution - Brand equity and reputation metrics - Employee engagement and internal comms effectiveness - Campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion) - Talent acquisition and employer brand visibility Experience: Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Education: 1215 years of progressive experience in marketing and corporate communications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Compensation: Commensurate with industry standards
