Accounts Executive

Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and assist in maintaining the financial health of the organization The ideal candidate will support the Chief Accountant in ensuring accurate bookkeeping statutory compliance and timely reporting Key Responsibilities 1 Financial Accounting Bookkeeping Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions Record journal entries prepare ledgers and manage trial balances Assist in preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements 2 Reconciliation Payments Reconcile bank statements accounts receivable and accounts payable Prepare and process payments ensuring timely clearance of vendor invoices and staff reimbursements Assist in TDS GST PF PT and other statutory compliance 3 Payroll Support Support HR and Chief Accountant in payroll processing Maintain payroll records and assist in generating payslips 4 Reporting Documentation Prepare routine reports for management and audit purposes Maintain proper documentation for all accounting transactions Assist in audits by providing required financial records 5 Coordination Process Improvement Work closely with other departments like Administration HR and Procurement Recommend improvements in accounting processes and efficiency Technical Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce B Com or equivalent CA ICWA CMA intermediate is a plus Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards GST TDS PF PT compliance Proficiency in Tally ERP MS Excel and accounting software Good analytical organizational and communication skills High level of integrity accuracy and attention to detail Working Days Monday to Saturday Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 153 17 - 35 399 52 per month Work Location In person
