Company PFL Food Pvt Ltd FMCG Location Plot No 55 MIDC Murbad Sonapar 421401 Company Description PFL Food is one of the fastest-growing food manufacturing companies in India We have successfully grown our Mom s Choice brand into a market leader in several states and are dedicated to ensuring the rich heritage of our Hand Brand is known to a new generation of youth and millennials Our products are currently sold in more than 5 states and we are rapidly expanding our reach At PFL Food we are committed to quality innovation and providing delicious and nutritious food products to our consumers We are seeking a skilled and motivated ITI Operator to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery maintaining production equipment and ensuring quality standards are met Candidates should have completed an Industrial Training Institute ITI course in a relevant trade such as Fitter Electrician Machinist Welder or similar Education ITI certification in a relevant trade e g Fitter Electrician Machinist Welder Tool Die Maker etc Key Responsibilities Operate production or maintenance machinery as per the standard operating procedures Set up and calibrate machines before production starts Monitor machine operations and ensure proper functioning Perform routine maintenance cleaning and minor repairs Read and interpret technical drawings schematics or work instructions Inspect final products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards Maintain production logs and report any issues to the supervisor Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Coordinate with team members and support other departments when needed Experience Minimum 0-2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment Skills Experience with advanced foreign domestic automated equipment Knowledge of preventive maintenance and 5S principles Ability to troubleshoot mechanical or electrical faults Familiarity with ISO or other industry standards Working Conditions Days Saturday to Thursday Fridays are off Gender MALES ONLY RESIDENT OF MURBD Timing 10 00 AM to 6 00 PM Flexibility required Salary Will be discussed during the interview Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 17 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
