Job Location : Chandigarh , Mohali

We are looking for Tech SavvyProfessionals to serve as :-

- Customer Service Representatives

We'd love to meet, someone with:-

- Candidates which speak clear and grammatically correct English

- Able to converse freely and need to have a clear thought process and not restrict to being scripted

- Need to be conversational as it's a dynamic process and not scripted

- Able to articulate their thoughts or have a speed of response

- Poise in their English proficiency or style of speaking would be an added advantage

- High Energy, Confidence with a decent conversational ability

Additional Skills Required:-

- Knowledge on how to connect laptop or desktop over Wi-FI.

- How to configure a Router

- Understanding of DNS & Telnet

- Knowledge on VOIP, Hot spot connection
- Knowledge on mobile number portability (port in/port out)
- Knowledge on Selfcare, USSD, IVR and so on
- Knowledge on SMS centre number, PIN/PUK etc

As the main Tech Support Advisor you will:-

- Troubleshooting for issues like internet not working, network selection ie: restarting phone, GPRS settings, turning Mobile data on (on generic phones), roaming, connecting to Wi-FI
