Job Title Maintenance Executive Department Engineering Maintenance Location Bhagwanpur Roorkee Reports To Maintenance Manager Plant Head Job Summary The Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation maintenance and repair of equipment utilities and facilities in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment The role involves preventive predictive and corrective maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with cGMP safety and regulatory standards Key Responsibilities Perform and oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of production utility and HVAC equipment e g tablet presses blenders AHUs chillers boilers Maintain and update maintenance records logs and equipment history as per GMP documentation practices Coordinate with production and quality departments to minimize downtime and ensure maintenance work aligns with production schedules Participate in equipment qualification calibration and validation processes Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulatory standards GMP WHO USFDA etc Manage spare parts inventory and ensure the availability of critical spares Monitor utility systems water system compressed air HVAC etc and ensure uninterrupted service Troubleshoot mechanical electrical and instrumentation issues in coordination with senior technicians and external vendors Participate in audits and assist in providing documentation and records to auditors Qualifications Skills Diploma B E B Tech in Mechanical Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering 2-54years of experience in a maintenance role within a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment Knowledge of GMP regulatory compliance and pharmaceutical production equipment Hands-on experience with PLCs SCADA BMS is an advantage Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance calls Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
