(Urgent) Senior Backend Architect

Join our mission-driven engineering team to craft the next generation of B2C products used by millions We re looking for a hands-on engineer who can own backend architecture work across the stack and make high-impact technical decisions If you love building scalable systems thrive in high-growth environments and want to influence product direction this is your role Your Impact Architect develop and optimize backend services using Java Spring Boot Design cloud-native systems and real-time components on Google Cloud Platform GCP Build and maintain efficient data models and APIs with PostgreSQL and Redis Collaborate with product design and DevOps to ship impactful features Contribute to internal dashboards and admin tools using ReactJS when needed What You Bring 5 years in software engineering with a strong backend focus Deep expertise in Java Spring Boot and REST API design Must have proven hands-on experience with GCP in production environments Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and Redis for large-scale systems Working knowledge of ReactJS for frontend dashboard development Experience in a B2C environment Bonus Points Familiarity with Python frameworks FastAPI Django Knowledge of event-driven systems Kafka streaming architectures Experience with AI ML integrations vector DBs GPT RAG workflows chatbots Understanding of observability tools Prometheus Grafana OTEL Track record of scaling large B2C platforms What We Value A product-first mindset and user-focused thinking Ownership accountability and mentoring abilities Clean testable and performance-oriented coding practices Comfort working in agile fast-paced cross-functional teams Be part of a team where your technical leadership will shape the future of a high-scale B2C product Let s build something exceptional together
