Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Managing the day-to-day activities of the team. - Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget, and maintaining the highest quality of work. - The Dev Lead will also be responsible for designing and implementing advanced software solutions, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and providing guidance and support to team members. Expertise You'll Bring: - Experienced Dev Lead to oversee our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget, and maintaining the highest quality of work. - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions. - Experience with front-end technologies like React.JS, Javascript. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
