Sprouts.AI is an AI native “Generative Demand Platform” disrupting the $1.1T B2B GTM category. It helps B2B demand gen and sales teams generate qualified pipeline and increase deal conversion rates with real-time account and contact level intelligence signals, recommending next best action and execution via AI agents. We are solving the problem of inefficient GTM driven by dirty data ecosystems, multiple siloed legacy tools, large GTM teams, static ICPs and poorly defined segments. Current customers have seen a significant improvement in data coverage and quality, 3X increase in qualified leads, over 50% increase in SDR/BDR efficiency, and a 30%+ reduction in martech tool cost.

Job Profile

Location: [Hybrid(Chandigarh/Bangalore) or Remote with occasional travel( for exceptional candidates)

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled SDET with strong hands-on experience in Playwright, Cypress, or any JavaScript/TypeScript-based automation framework. You'll be responsible for building scalable test frameworks, integrating quality checks into CI/CD, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage across features.

Key Skills

✅ Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.

✅ Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript for automation development.

✅ Solid experience in framework design and test architecture.

✅ Good understanding of CI/CD workflows and tools (GitHub Action or similar).

✅ Familiarity with test reporting tools and alerting mechanisms.

✅ Strong debugging and analytical skills.

✅ Good knowledge of automation best practices and coding principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, maintain, and scale automation frameworks (UI, API, and integration).
- Design and implement test strategies, scenarios, and test cases.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).
- Ensure reporting, alerting, and pipeline monitoring for automation runs.
- Analyze test results, debug failures, and provide quick feedback to developers.
- Drive best practices in coding, test design, and automation strategy.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on automation and coding standards.
