JD:- Job Title: Technical Delivery Lead cum Solution Architect Experience: 5 years or above Location: Gurugram Sec-58 Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Lead cum Solution Architect to oversee end-to-end delivery of automation and digital transformation projects, while driving solution design and client engagement. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities - Own and manage end-to-end delivery of automation and integration projects across multiple clients. - Drive project kickoff meetings, steering committee calls, governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication. - Provide hands-on technical assistance and guidance to developers whenever required. - Ensure delivery timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction by conducting regular code reviews to confirm adherence to client coding standards. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, business analysts) for smooth execution. - Manage risk, scope, and change requests effectively. - Gather and analyze client requirements, design PDDs, and verify SDDs prepared by developers. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the delivery teams. Skills & Qualifications - Proven experience with at least 3 years in delivery management and 2+ years in automation and digital transformation development.. - Strong expertise in automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) and enterprise system integration. - Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project governance. - Hands-on experience with solution design and effort estimation. - Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills. - Ability to balance multiple priorities across delivery engagements.
