Responsibilities -

5+ Years as Design Manager in Landscape Architect

- Plans, Designs, and Manages outdoor spaces.
- Adhering to timelines for activities such as drawing approvals, indents, sample approvals, etc. in line with the project timeline
- Ensuring designs, BOQ and material selections adhere to budget
- Milestones achieved within targeted timelines
- Adhering to standards for reviewing designs, design approval meets, management presentations, data collection and updating in trackers
- Evaluating execution as per drawings and snagging through regular site visits
- Clearing RFIs
- Managing drawings for key projects by collaborating with external consultants
- Coordination with procurement, project and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials basis indents at site
- Coordination with Sales team to align on client expectations
- Initiatives to improve processes and build in efficiencies
- Collaboration with project team and peers
- Active participation in learning and development initiatives
