Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Perform SAP system installation, configuration, and upgrades across different environments (Development, QA, Production). - Manage SAP landscapes, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, and other SAP components. - Monitor SAP system performance, availability, and security. - Handle SAP transports, change management, and support deployment processes. - Administer database and application servers supporting SAP, including Oracle, SQL Server, HANA, or DB2. - Implement and manage SAP system security, authorizations, and user administration. - Troubleshoot and resolve SAP BASIS related issues and provide technical support to users and consultants. - Manage backup and recovery strategies, disaster recovery planning, and system refreshes. - Collaborate with functional and development teams to support SAP projects and enhancements. - Maintain SAP patches, support packs, and kernel upgrades. - Document procedures, system configurations, and incident resolutions. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP BASIS Consultant. - Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver architecture and components. - Experience with SAP system administration on platforms such as Linux, UNIX, or Windows. - Expertise in database administration for Oracle, SAP HANA, MS SQL Server, or DB2. - Proficient in SAP transports, CTS+, and solution manager tools. - Good understanding of SAP security and authorization concepts. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations and upgrades is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
