Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM professional to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 5-6 years of experience in SAP HCM and must be well-versed in Indian job market context. The candidate should have strong technical skills and must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll
- Provide end-to-end support for SAP HCM system including troubleshooting and bug fixing
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to define and implement business requirements
- Ensure compliance with Indian regulatory requirements and employment laws
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5-6 years of experience in SAP HCM
- Strong knowledge of Indian job market context and employment laws
- Hands-on experience with SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll
- Experience in configuring and maintaining SAP HCM system
- Good understanding of HR business processes and workflows
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- SAP HCM certification is a plus
