Job Description About MAD: At MAD, we're more than a digital agency we're a creative collective blending design and storytelling to craft scroll-stopping, thumb-pausing brand moments. Our team works across industries, turning briefs into bold, strategic campaigns that don't just look good they perform. Location: Koramangala, Bangalore (Hybrid) Benefits at MAD: We've worked hard to foster a flexible and employee-friendly culture. Here are some policies we're proud to offer: - Hybrid Working Model: We work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Mondays and Thursdays are remote, but you're welcome to come in if you prefer. - Paid Extended Medical Leave: We recognise that there may be times when you can't come to the office due to medical reasons. Rest assured, your sick leave will remain intact. - Annual Reset Leave: Every year end we make sure we give you time off before a new year comes in, these are usually 5-7 days at the end of the year. - Extended Work from Home : Many of us at MAD come from all over the country, and when it's time to head home, we embrace the flexibility to work from wherever suits you best - Compensatory Offs: If you work beyond regular hours, you'll receive compensatory time off and reimbursement for travel and meals. Responsibilities: - Creating and scheduling social media content across various platforms including email marketing campaigns. - Conducting market research to identify trends and insights. - Analyzing and reporting campaign performance using tools. - Participating in brainstorming sessions for marketing strategies and campaigns. Requirements: - Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. - Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Enthusiastic about learning and growing in the field of digital marketing.
