Business Analytics Lead

Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Lead to join our International Digital Transformation team This role will focus on designing and delivering advanced BI solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across zones and functions The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data visualization and analytics with hands-on experience in leading BI platforms Power BI preferred and a passion for creating intuitive dashboards that simplify complex business processes Key Responsibilities BI Solution Development Design build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using leading BI tools Power BI preferred Data Modeling Calculations Develop robust data models and write advanced calculations e g DAX or equivalent to support complex business logic Data Preparation Use ETL capabilities e g Power Query dataflows or similar to clean transform and integrate data from multiple sources Requirements Gathering Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions that improve visibility and reduce manual effort Performance Governance Ensure dashboards are optimized for performance adhere to governance standards and are easy to maintain Continuous Improvement Stay updated on BI best practices and new features proactively recommend enhancements to improve user experience and data reliability Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Data Analytics Business or related field Certifications in BI tools or data visualization are a plus Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in BI development and analytics Expertise in at least one leading BI platform Power BI Tableau Qlik etc Strong skills in data modeling advanced calculations DAX or equivalent and ETL processes Key Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to design user-friendly dashboards aligned with business priorities Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills Preferred Experience with Power BI Premium features Fabric deployment pipelines Inclusion and Diversity GE Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters Employment decisions are made without regard to race colour religion national or ethnic origin sex sexual orientation gender identity or expression age disability protected veteran status or other characteristics protected by law We expect all employees to live and breathe our behaviours to act with humility and build trust lead with transparency deliver with focus and drive ownership - always with unyielding integrity Our total rewards are designed to unlock your ambition by giving you the boost and flexibility you need to turn your ideas into world-changing realities Our salary and benefits are everything you would expect from an organization with global strength and scale and you will be surrounded by career opportunities in a culture that fosters care collaboration and support Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided No
