Junior Graphic Designer – Logical Showsha (CYK Hospitalities) Where Creativity Meets Chaos… and Turns Into Magic. Logical Showsha, the creative arm of CYK Hospitalities, is looking for a Jr. Graphic Designer who lives and breathes design. If Illustrator is your playground, Premiere Pro your comfort zone, Photoshop your warm-up, and creativity your superpower — you might be the one we’ve been waiting for. This role is for someone who loves experimenting, breaking the rules (creatively of course ), and building visuals that make people go “WOW, who designed this?” What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Superpowers) Creativity & Design Innovation - Craft eye-catching, scroll-stopping designs that vibe with Logical Showsha & CYK Hospitalities. - Work across digital + print — from insta reels & banners to menus, posters & pitch decks. - Keep pushing boundaries with fresh ideas, bold layouts, and trendy design styles. - (If you’re not experimenting, are you even designing?) Client Expectations & Feedback Handling - Decode client briefs like a pro — understand what they say and what they mean. - Turn ideas into concepts that impress clients and align with brand messaging. - Take feedback sportingly (yes, even the never-ending ones ) and shape it into better designs. - Communicate clearly so everyone stays on the same creative wavelength. Project Management & Execution - Own your projects end-to-end — concept → design → final output. - Work closely with cross-department teams to nail objectives. - Manage time like a champ and deliver high-quality work on schedule. Brand Consistency & Identity - Keep the brand language consistent, clean, and classy across all media. - Ideate and develop new branding material as the brand evolves. - Make sure every design speaks the brand’s story loud and clear. Collaboration & Communication - Present your ideas to internal teams & clients with confidence. - Work hand-in-hand with content, operations and others to bring projects alive. - Jump into client interactions whenever required. Tools & Tech You Should Own - Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Bonus brownie points for Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects. - Always updated with new design tools, trends, and shortcuts. - Pixel-perfect output for all formats - digital, print, web… you name it. Feedback & Revisions - Implement revisions like a pro without losing design quality. - Adapt quickly to changes while keeping the final result top-notch. Trend Adoption & Exploration - Stay on top of pop culture, design trends & what’s hot on Instagram. - Experiment with new styles to keep the brand visually fresh and fun. Required Equipment - Your own laptop with strong enough specs to handle heavy design files without crashing at the wrong time (we’ve all been there). Qualifications - Bachelor’s, bonus points if you have Graphic Design / Visual Arts Certification OR equivalent experience. - 6 months – 3 years of design experience. - A solid portfolio showcasing branding, digital & print work. - Strong knowledge of typography, color theory & layout design. - Great communication and time management skills. Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory, but Cool to Have) - Animation or motion graphics experience. - UI/UX understanding or web design basics. - Experience designing for hospitality, retail, or real estate brands.
