Job Title Loading Supervisor Location Raigarh Gorkha Having Bike is Mandate We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Loading Supervisor to oversee loading operations at our Raigarh location The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a team effectively to ensure timely and accurate loading of goods A two-wheeler bike is mandatory for this role as travel within the site and to nearby locations may be required Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate loading and unloading operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness Manage a team of loaders and ensure adherence to company procedures and safety protocols Inspect goods before and after loading to verify quantity quality and accuracy of shipments Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline loading schedules and meet dispatch timelines Maintain records of loading activities and report any discrepancies or issues to management Conduct regular training sessions for loaders on safe handling practices and efficient loading techniques Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies safety guidelines and loading standards Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in logistics or warehouse operations Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively Knowledge of safety and quality standards related to loading and unloading operations Proficient in basic computer applications and documentation Must possess a valid driver s license and have a personal two-wheeler bike for travel within the site Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
