About the job:-Deputy Telesale Manager

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Sales Operations to oversee the smooth and efficient running of our telesales team, ensuring timely SLA delivery, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high levels of employee and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and a commitment to driving performance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:-

- Telesales Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the team meets B2C sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Field Sales Team Management: Lead and manage the field sales team to ensure they align with telesales efforts and achieve regional sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with customers to ensure operational alignment and establish a strong foundation for future growth.
- Team Oversight & Development: Lead and guide the telesales team, providing clear direction on strategy, goals, and performance metrics. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring to develop team members.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, ensuring the team delivers results and contributes to overall business goals.
- Resource & Shift Management: Organize team resources effectively, including managing staff schedules, absences, and leave planning to ensure smooth operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, driving initiatives that improve performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Training & Development: Lead training and induction programs for new hires, ensuring adherence to company policies, operational standards, and performance expectations.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously monitor team performance, document work schedules, and manage team absences. Provide timely reporting to senior management on key metrics and operational performance.
- Problem Resolution & Escalation Management: Address escalated issues, resolve operational concerns, and ensure that team queries are managed effectively.
- Project Management: Take on special projects as required by the business, managing timelines, resources, and team coordination.

Qualifications:- Any Graduate

ISMS Responsibilities:

- Follow the instructions of Function Heads, operate systems on behalf of Function Heads, and serve users authorized by Function Heads;
- Provide technical consulting assistance to Function Heads so that information systems can be built and run to best meet business objective;
- Ensure the safeguarding of information in their possession;
- Accepts responsibilities for the operation and protection of information assets; and
- Perform the work as delegated by the by the Function Head.

- Leadership & Management: Strong team management capabilities, with experience in leading, mentoring, and coaching a telesales team to meet performance targets.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in telesales, with experience in driving B2C sales performance, preferably within insurance (health/life/travel) sectors.
- Problem-Solving & Decision Making: Analytical and proactive in identifying solutions to challenges impacting team performance or operational efficiency.
- Client Engagement: Strong skills in client relationship management, including regular communication and providing tailored solutions.
- Communication & Reporting: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
- Performance Calibration: Ability to assess, monitor, and calibrate team performance against targets, offering coaching and support where necessary.
- Escalation Handling: Experience managing escalations, both internally and with clients, ensuring resolution and maintaining operational stability.
- Proficient in Systems & Tools: Comfortable using CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite to monitor, report, and enhance team performance.
