About the Company Raynas Infra and Geomatics Services Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of infrastructure development geomatics surveys drone UAV mapping GIS LiDAR and other cutting edge surveying services across India They have offices in Delhi Udaipur Mumbai Bangalore and more As part of their business expansion they are seeking a competent Sales Accounting Executive to support the sales team with accurate accounting reporting and financial tracking of sales activities Job Summary The Sales Accounting Executive will be responsible for handling accounting tasks related to the company s sales operations This includes recording transactions reconciling sales invoices working with the sales team to ensure billing accuracy preparing sales related financial reports monitoring receivables and assisting with month end quarter end close activities You will play a key role in ensuring that sales data is properly reflected in the accounting system and supporting the business to make informed decisions Key Responsibilities Record and reconcile daily sales transactions Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments Prepare sales reports and analysis for management Collaborate with sales to resolve billing or account issues Assist in month-end quarter-end closing activities Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce 0-2 years of experience in sales accounting or accounts receivable Proficiency in accounting software and Excel Strong numerical and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Apply Send your resume to hr raynas co in Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
