Job Description

Job Title: Systems Engineer
Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Systems Engineer to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensure the smooth functioning of network and system operations, and support business growth through innovative IT solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical issue resolution, asset and software license management, and improving IT services aligned with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:
1) Technical Support & Issue Resolution:

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to systems, hardware, software, and networks in a timely manner.
- Provide support for day-to-day IT-related tasks and escalate complex issues as required.

2) Asset Management:

- Handle IT asset allocation, recovery, and maintain an up-to-date asset database.
- Track asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal.

3) Google Workspace Administration:

- Manage and support Google Workspace (formerly G-Suite), including Gmail configuration and user account management.

4) Software Licensing & Compliance:

- Manage licenses and subscriptions for software such as Adobe, Google Workspace, iDrive, Microsoft, etc.
- Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and maintain proper documentation.

5) Procurement:

- Coordinate IT equipment and software purchases based on business needs.
- Work with vendors to obtain quotations and ensure timely delivery of products/services.

6) Innovation & Optimization:

- Propose and implement new ideas and technologies to enhance IT operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement strategies that support the companys growth and efficiency.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in systems and network support.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration.
- Strong understanding of software licensing and asset management.
- Ability to think critically and propose innovative IT solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
