Our state-of-the-art Generative AI and Predictive AI powered platform called IRIS Foundry integrates with a wide variety of sensors, historical data libraries, and both new and existing data streams to provide real-time predictive insights and prescriptive recommendations across industrial domains. As a Senior Industrial AI Solution Developer at SymphonyAI Industrial, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of cutting-edge AI solutions for global industrial clients. You will engage across multiple fronts— provide guidance to AI product and solution development using your industrial domain expertise, carry out exploratory analysis of industrial data using a combination of domain expertise and AI tools, provide critical inputs for AI model selection, AI model development, customer delivery, value tracking and ROI demonstration —to ensure that our solutions deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires exceptional technical acumen, domain expertise, proven client engagement skills, and the ability to seamlessly collaborate with teams and stakeholders across the globe. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives, and propose tailored AI solutions that deliver measurable value. • Carry out exploratory data analysis to derive deep insights from industrial datasets and identify the right AI models and solutions to be built for specific industrial customers. Also help identify the required sensors/signals and engineered features to build accurate and practically useful AI models. • Engage across product development, product management, software engineering, data science, delivery teams to support the development of high value AI products and solutions for our customers • Provide inputs for conceptual and detailed design of dashboards and front-end applications for industrial use cases and customers • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, guiding them on best practices for industrial data analysis and AI solution development • Support clients with your domain expertise to carry out data analysis, requirements translation, problem definition, root cause analysis, business case/ROI analysis etc. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelors/Masters degree in a quantitative or engineering discipline. • Strong engineering domain expertise and experience in one or more industrial verticals like Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Metals, Mining, Chemicals, Food & Beverage etc. • Deep understanding of industrial assets like turbines, compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, motors etc. and their failure modes and/or industrial processes (e.g. refining, smelting, chemical reactors, food processing etc.) from a process monitoring and optimization standpoint • 8+ years of experience in industrial data analysis and AI/ML-based solution development for industrial customers • Strong experience in deriving useful insights from industrial data and architecting data/AI-driven solutions for industrial applications • Experience engaging and collaborating with US and European clients, demonstrating excellent communication and cultural adaptability. • Proven ability to work across multidisciplinary teams covering product development, data science, software development, delivery in an agile and dynamic environment • Proficiency in using Python-based data analysis tools: Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas as well as generative AI based tools • Skilled with data visualization tools: Matplotlib, Plotly, Seaborn. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with technical and business stakeholders. • Self-driven, quick learner, adaptable to the latest technologies, and capable of innovating at speed. • Willingness to travel as required to support client success.
