The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI and ML solutions that deliver measurable business value. You will work closely with engineering and consulting teams to bring intelligence to data-driven systems, build AI models, and integrate them into scalable production environments. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects involving Applied AI, LLMs, and enterprise-grade data science solutions across industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, and retail. Requirements Key Responsibilities - Design and implement AI/ML models and pipelines for real-world business problems. - Build, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models using Azure Machine Learning and related cloud services. - Develop scalable data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering workflows. - Apply Generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering) for automation and cognitive use cases. - Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and domain experts to operationalize AI solutions. - Evaluate model performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize model accuracy and efficiency. - Contribute to the architecture of data and AI solutions within Azure ecosystem (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Cognitive Services). - Stay updated with emerging trends in applied AI, GenAI frameworks, and MLOps practices. - Present technical insights, findings, and recommendations to business stakeholders. Basic Requirements - 5+ years of experience in data science, applied AI, or ML engineering roles. - Strong Python programming skills with proficiency in ML/DL libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). - Solid understanding of Azure AI stack (Azure ML, Cognitive Services, OpenAI on Azure, Synapse, Data Factory). - Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS). - Experience in building APIs, deploying ML models, and integrating AI into applications. - Proficiency in SQL and working with structured/unstructured data sources. - Familiarity with MLOps pipelines, CI/CD practices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to scalability and optimization.
