Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Finance Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in financial operations, reporting, and analysis, contributing to critical business decisions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in finance while working with experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities - Assist in preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. - Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records. - Support the team in managing accounts payable and receivable processes. - Conduct research and analysis on financial trends to provide actionable insights. - Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with statutory requirements. - Contribute to the internal audits and assist in implementing financial controls. - Prepare and maintain documentation for various financial processes. - Provide and hoc support for financial projects and initiatives. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Prior internship experience or 1 to 3 years of articleship experience. - Completed CA Inter or Pursuing CA finalist is a plus. - Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, with exposure to cash handling and reconciliation processes Skills Required - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment. - Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to a mission-driven company.
