We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist. In this role, you will: - Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities - Analysing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies. - Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties. - Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment. - Aware of OLA/SLAs and able to define and agree with Business. - Able to manage Releases and disaster recovery drills - Experience with Confluence and JIRA Boards - Opensource / Qlik Installation Knowledge - Plan and maintain upgrades, patches, and hot fixes for Qlik, Ensures proper scheduling via Nprinting - Configure and administer Qlik Sense sites using Qlik Management Console (QMC) Define and activate tagging rules/Logging rules - Publish, reload, duplicate, import, or delete Qlik apps, Manage tasks and triggers for Qlik sites - Control access, tokens, and permissions for users, Control content security based on security rules - Manage data connections and extensions to select and load data, Synchronize content and users of Qlik sites - Troubleshoot issues regarding access, data visualizations, display issues, streams, and performance - Install and configure the development, test, UAT and production environments on various platforms - Knowledge of LDAP authentication methods and Experience with implementing SSL within Qlik. creating User groups and roles to manage security in Qlik and Access Rights of the Reports for the end users. - Monitor the Opensource environment and check the usage/performance of the environment, reports, etc. - Vizlib Installation Understanding - Discussing system and server upgrades with IT managers. - Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors. - Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees - Able to manage team and guide on critical and priority issues. - Resolving queries or issues from customers and employees. - Understanding of Opensource technologies and execution behaviour. I Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Expert in Cloud admin with good Communication and Interpretation Skills - QlikSense & Qlik-N Printing - Strong knowledge of infra automation and configuration, management tools like terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Knowledge of Cloud SDK & StackDriver, Automates Build and Deploy Jobs, Maintains and Administrate GitHub account - Monitor requests and key metrics for cloud resources, Customize the user experience: Provisioning rules and UI policies - Troubleshoot and resolve operating system, application, and networking issues in a complex and highly-regulated multi-region multi-cloud environment - Formulate detailed network, storage, and compute design specifications for stable and secure computing operations in a dynamic cloud/On-prem. - Make recommendations for improvements to security, scalability, manageability, and performance across a wide variety of network, storage, and compute technologies. - Strong hold on Devops pipeline You'll achieve more when you join HSBC. www.hsbc.com/careers HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
