Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C++ Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance applications, while also providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reliable C++ applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable software solutions.
- Implement complex algorithms and data structures for performance-critical systems.
- Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability.
- Lead code reviews and promote coding best practices.
- Guide and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across platforms.
- Document development processes and technical specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in C++ and QT development.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in C++ development.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with multi-threaded applications and performance optimization.
- Proficient with C++ standard libraries and development frameworks.
- Skilled in debugging, profiling, and software performance tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with QT framework (Widgets, QML, QT Quick).
- Familiarity with databases, web services, or cloud platforms.
- Agile development experience.
- Working knowledge of version control systems like Git or SVN.
