Your role and responsibilities

Mission Statement
To drive Light Industry initiative in NCR regions and bring a business for Drive products Division.

Work model: on site #LI-onsite

This role belongs to Motion Business for Drive products division, based in Faridabad, India

You will be mainly accountable for:
Budget, Planning and Execution

• Achieve the sales target of Light Industries (HVAC/Water/F&B/Solar) segment with in NCR for Drive Products division. To Primarily focus on Light Industries Market through Partners.

• Look for new customer, opportunity untapped by ABB. Achieve the order target month on month and collect the overdue in time.

• Work together with market manager, product sales managers for business growth.

Market Development

• Do inhouse sales seminars with strong value proposition. Work closely with the partners for Light Industries and share success stories. Sell with proper product positioning.

Ownership

• Full commitment to meet the budget numbers. Co-ordinate with service team for warranty and after sales support as needed. Interact regularly with CP/EPC/OEM's sales engineer to drive them to meet commitment.

MIS

• Regularly give update on business done product line wise and market wise. Prepare monthly MIS and submit to stake holders.

Qualifications for the role

- Qualification: Diploma/BE/ BTech - Electrical or similar discipline,
- 6+ years' experience in front end sales with strong knowledge on the Product bundles in Industrial Automation with Drives, Automation & Servo Products is preferred
- Aggressive and result oriented, should know to sell volumes and values. Good communication skills.
- Key Focus Areas and Opportunities for Impact
- Driving systematic business growth in alignment with strategic pricing and channel policies
- Collaborating closely with demanding CP/OEM /SI/EU, providing end-to-end support to strength-en partnerships
- Consistently achieving quarterly targets, reflecting strong performance and market responsive-ness
- Building and nurturing customer relationships through 30–35 strategic meetings per month
