Job Title: Salesforce Omni Studio Developer Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai Work Mode: Work from Office (3 days a week) Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extension Possible) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Salesforce OmniStudio Developer with strong expertise in building scalable and efficient solutions using Salesforce Industries (Vlocity). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in OmniStudio components and a solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities - Develop and customize solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio components including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. - Translate complex business requirements into high-quality, optimized, and scalable Vlocity solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and QA teams. - Work on Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom development needs. - Ensure adherence to Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) best practices and coding standards. - Support integration activities and troubleshoot issues across OmniStudio components. - Contribute to automation and workflow optimization, especially with Salesforce Auto Cloud (added advantage). Required Skills & Experience - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce OmniStudio / Vlocity development. - Strong expertise in FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures. - Deep understanding of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) architecture and implementation best practices. - Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and core Salesforce configurations. - Experience with Salesforce Auto Cloud is an added advantage. - Ability to work in an on-site environment (WFO, 3 days per week). - Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
