Responsibilities - Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy new Spanner features and enhancements, and provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to ensure quality software development. - Architect and design scalable, reliable systems that meet the needs of Spanner's growing customer base, and make data based decisions to drive product strategy and ideas. - Propose and implement new features that enhance Spanner's capabilities and differentiate it from participants. - Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze performance issues, and develop innovative solutions to address customer issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
