Job Category KMBL Degree Level Bachelor s Degree As a Disbursement Coordinator you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient loan disbursement process for our small business clients Your primary focus will be on coordinating and managing the disbursement of loan funds working closely with the sales team and clients to ensure timely and accurate disbursements This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders Responsibilities Manage and oversee the entire loan disbursement process for small business loans Review and verify loan documentation ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Coordinate with the sales team to understand client needs and ensure a seamless disbursement experience Communicate with clients to provide updates on loan disbursement status and address any queries or concerns Maintain accurate records and documentation of all disbursement activities Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely fund transfers Identify and resolve any disbursement-related issues or delays promptly Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high standards of disbursement processes Provide training and support to junior team members on disbursement procedures Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in loan disbursement Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field 2-3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the banking or financial services industry Strong knowledge of loan disbursement processes and regulations Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel Familiarity with banking software and systems is an advantage Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities Willingness to learn and adapt to changing industry requirements
