We’re seeking a dynamic Team Lead in inside Sales who can inspire, strategize, and deliver results. If you’re passionate about IT sales, love mentoring high-performing teams, and can turn opportunities into long-term business relationships, we want you on our team

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:-

• Lead & Inspire: Guide, coach, and motivate a team of inside sales executives to excel.

• Strategize for Success: Design and implement sales strategies to exceed targets.

• Drive Business Growth: Identify new opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.

• Master the Pipeline: Oversee lead generation, qualification, and pipeline health.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing & technical teams to support sales initiatives.

• Performance Excellence: Track KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure team success.

• Upskill & Review: Conduct training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.

• Client Champion: Manage meetings, negotiations, and closures when required.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:-

• Industry Insight: Knowledge of IT services, staff augmentation & SDLC.

• Leadership Edge: Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.

• Proven Performer: Consistent record of meeting/exceeding targets.

• CRM Pro: Expertise in Zoho CRM — reporting, pipeline management & client communication.

• Thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

Qualifications:- B.Com, BBA, BCA, BCS, M.Com, MBA, MCA, MCS.
