The role requires frequent collaboration with stakeholders and may allow partial remote work, depending on the project needs. Qualifications - Expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) and a deep understanding of Human Capital concepts - Experience in Human Resources (HR) operations and Employee Benefits management - Prior experience in delivering consulting services in a professional capacity - Strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams - Proficiency in Workday HCM configuration and implementation is highly desirable - Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional on-site meetings in Bengaluru - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
