Role Overview You'll work closely with the Founders from IIT to manage the day-to-day operations of influencer campaigns from brand outreach to creator coordination. It's a high-ownership role for someone who wants to learn how real brand deals happen behind the scenes. Your Responsibilities - Research and identify potential brands for creator partnerships. - Manage brand outreach & follow-ups via LinkedIn and email. - Discover and vet new creators across Instagram, YouTube, etc. - Assist in campaign planning & coordination with the Founder. - Help design pitch decks and brand proposals.Maintain - campaign trackers and communication logs. - Learn how influencer campaigns are pitched, structured, and closed. Note - This is an unpaid learning internship meant for college students passionate about social media and influencer marketing. - SoRealize is an independent, founder-led early stage agency (not yet registered), building toward becoming one of India's leading creator marketing firms.
