We are looking for an Associate Data Engineer to join our growing team in India. In this role, you will assist in building and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and supporting analytics efforts. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about data and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of data pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and provide necessary data support.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data quality.
- Support the maintenance and optimization of existing data systems and processes.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.
- Document data processes and workflows for team reference.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with data processing frameworks like Apache Spark or Apache Hadoop.
- Basic understanding of ETL processes and tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
