Objective A Junior Software Engineer is a junior professional focused on supporting the design and implementation of inhouse-built or in the integration of third-party software solutions incl software-as -a-service used by our business teams You will be part of a platform team assisting with all aspects of software design coding documentation and 3rd level operations support Productivity and Quality Translate business requirements into implementable code for the development of high performing secure and cost-efficient solutions that satisfy business needs Design build test and fix codebase of business application platforms ensuring availability and reliabilityCollaboration Work closely with and follow guidance provided by senior members of the team Effectively communicate with business users and team members Further develop communication and relationship building skills and confidently interact with business users on issue resolution and the implementation of their requests Leadership Proactively build subject matter expertise in the respective business and platform with little guidance i e self-ownership Compliance Timely complete all compliance obligations and trainings Fully understand the compliance security and operational responsibilities in your area of work Hiring guidance The typical education and professional experience for a Junior Software
