What youll do

- Prospect & meet: Field + virtual meetings; pitch ResultBull, deliver crisp demos, handle objections, close registrations.
- Own the funnel: Build pipeline, schedule demos, convert sign-ups, and activate first campaigns within SLAs.
- Multi-channel outreach: Events, inside sales, WhatsApp/email sequences, content-led pitches.
- Account growth: Land-and-expand via referrals, upsells, cross-sell bundles, and partner/agency channels.
- Territory plans & reporting: Map accounts, weekly targets, accurate forecasts, activity + revenue reports.

- 28+ yrs in B2B sales/BD (SaaS, IT services, ad/MarTech, CPaaS, or marketplaces).
- Demo-first seller: live walkthroughs, value calculators, ROI narratives.

- Languages: Strong English + Hindi (Delhi NCR); local language a plus for remote cities.

Role levels

- BD Executive: Outreach Demo Registration Activation with monthly targets.
- BD Manager: All of the above + team leadership, territory plans, reviews, partner/agency development.
