The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in property sales, client handling, and end-to-end deal closures in both residential and luxury segments. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, manage, and convert leads for residential and luxury projects in Gurgaon. - Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations. - Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and clients. - Stay updated on current property rates, market trends, and new project launches. - Negotiate deals and ensure smooth documentation and closure. - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets. Requirements: - Graduate with 3–5 years of experience in Gurgaon’s real estate market. - Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. - In-depth knowledge of DLF, M3M, Emaar, and other key developers/projects. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach. - Must have own conveyance and good local market connections.
