We are hiring sales - financial products professionals across multiple positions. - Sales Manager: 8–10 years of experience - Assistant Sales Manager: 4–8 years of experience - Sales Specialist: 1–4 years of experience If you have a deep understanding of financial products, enjoy sales as a profession, excel in customer management, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, these roles offer significant ownership and leadership exposure. Key Responsibilities - Manage the entire sales cycle from - lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closures. - Maintain strong external relationships and servicing with all stakeholders including customers. - Deep understanding of financial products across various banks / financial institutions. - Track leads, manage pipelines, and maintain sales reports. - Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns, product messaging, and sales needs. What We are Looking For - Sales Manager: 8–10 years of experience - Assistant Sales Manager : 4–8 years of experience - Sales Specialist: 1–4 years of experience - Capability to take end to end ownership. - Strong in client acquisition, key account management & channel partnerships. - Excellent communication and negotiation. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM & MS Office. - Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.
