About The Role

We&aposre looking for a Graphic Designer who can visually communicate this bold vision and help us shape how India imagines its airborne future.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design compelling graphics for social media, print, pitch decks, websites, and brand campaigns
- Support the creative team across brand storytelling, launch campaigns, and content creation
- Create visual assets for marketing collaterals, including brochures, posters, merch, and digital ads
- Design for static and interactive formats across digital platforms
- Maintain visual consistency across all communication channels
- Collaborate with content creators, motion designers, and marketing leads to bring ideas to life
- Help evolve and maintain Sarla Aviations brand identity and design system.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design with a strong, diverse portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (Figma and Canva are a plus)
- Strong grasp of typography, layout, branding, and color theory
- Ability to translate abstract concepts into clean, eye-catching visuals
- Awareness of social media trends, platform formats, and creative best practices
- Bonus if you have a basic understanding of animation or motion design
- A self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
