We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to spearhead our .NET Full Stack practice. In this key leadership role, you will define the technical vision and ensure the architectural soundness of our .NET-based solutions. This position is perfect for a visionary leader who thrives on harnessing the full capabilities of the Microsoft technology stack to deliver scalable, cutting-edge applications. Core Responsibilities Architectural Strategy & Governance: Define, implement, and uphold architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices for .NET applications. Lead the creation of scalable, robust, and maintainable software architectures tailored to client needs Technical Leadership & Innovation: Serve as the primary technical advisor and mentor to .NET development teams. Champion engineering excellence, foster innovation, and stay abreast of emerging technologies within the .NET ecosystem Full-Stack Expertise: Demonstrate deep, hands-on experience with the .NET platform, including .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC. Exhibit advanced proficiency in C# and strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles API & Service Architecture: Design and implement secure, high-performance Web APIs and services. Steer the evolution of service-oriented architectures, including strategic adoption of microservices where beneficial Frontend Architecture Integration: Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components. Provide architectural oversight for frontend technologies, with experience in frameworks like Angular or React considered a strong advantage Cloud & Azure Solutions: Architect and lead the development of cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. Utilize Azure services such as App Service, SQL Database, and Kubernetes (AKS) to build scalable cloud solutions Database & Data Modelling: Offer expert guidance in database architecture, including relational (SQL Server) and NoSQL design. Promote best practices in data modelling and database performance tuning Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product owners, project managers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery Key Qualifications · At least 15 years of hands-on software development experience, with a strong emphasis on the Microsoft .NET technology stack · Proven track record in a technical architecture leadership role, designing complex, mission-critical applications · Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API development · Strong front-end development experience, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as Angular or React · Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure, with hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment · Extensive experience with SQL Server, including advanced skills in performance tuning and database optimization · Familiarity with CI/CD practices, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps methodologies · Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills · Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and guide technical direction across teams · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
