As we enter our next phase of growth, NNIIT is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our journey toward becoming a leading EdTech brand across India and beyond. Role Overview The CEO will be the driving force behind NNIIT’s strategic vision, team development, and business growth. This leader will oversee all operations, build high-performing teams, and scale the company across all functional areas — from product development to partnerships, marketing, and technology innovation. Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership - Define and execute NNIIT’s mission and long-term strategy in the K9–K12 EdTech space. - Lead the organization toward sustainable growth, profitability, and educational impact. - Identify new opportunities in curriculum design, digital content, learning platforms, and partnerships with schools and educational boards. 2. Organizational Growth & Team Building - Build, mentor, and manage dynamic teams across product, technology, sales, operations, and academic delivery. - Establish a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. - Attract and retain top talent passionate about transforming education. 3. Operations & Execution - Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure operational excellence. - Develop scalable systems and processes to support rapid growth. - Set measurable KPIs and track company performance against goals. 4. Business Expansion & Partnerships - Drive growth through partnerships with schools, governments, and educational institutions. - Expand NNIIT’s presence across regions and digital platforms. - Explore strategic alliances, fundraising, and investment opportunities. 5. Financial Management - Oversee company budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance. - Work closely with investors, board members, and stakeholders to ensure fiscal health and compliance. - Ensure efficient resource allocation and ROI-driven decision-making. 6. Brand & Market Leadership - Represent NNIIT at conferences, events, and media platforms as a thought leader in EdTech. - Strengthen brand visibility and market reputation in the Indian education ecosystem. - Drive customer trust and loyalty through innovation and service excellence. Qualifications - Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or Senior Leadership Executive in EdTech, Education, or Technology sectors. - Strong track record in scaling organizations, building teams, and executing growth strategies. - Deep understanding of K9 and K12 education models, curriculum standards, and learning technology. - Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for transforming education through technology.
