Position: Python Engineer Experience: 5+ years Notice Period: Immediate – 7 Days Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office) Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Python Engineer to join our development team and contribute to building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, hands-on experience with AWS serverless services, and the ability to troubleshoot complex MongoDB queries. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, optimize backend workflows, and enhance system reliability. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and optimize Python-based backend services - Leverage AWS serverless components such as Lambda, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, CloudFront, and S3 - Write, review, and debug advanced MongoDB queries (joins, indexes, sorting, grouping) - Integrate FastAPI within Lambda functions (preferred) - Ensure code quality, performance, and best practices throughout the development lifecycle Core Skill Weightage: - Primary: Python + AWS - Secondary: MongoDB troubleshooting and query optimization
