Data Reg Reporting Tech Finance and Traded Risk Tech About Markets and Security Services Technology Corporate and Institutional Banking CIB provides financial services and products to corporates governments and institutions worldwide building partnerships with them to help them achieve consistent long-term performance We use the strength of HSBC s international network to connect emerging and mature markets covering key growth areas Our products and services include advisory financing prime services research securities services trading and sales and transaction banking The CIB Technology team is dedicated to supporting CIB by working in partnership with business stakeholders who rely on us for delivering innovative robust stable platforms to enable their investment and financial solutions for clients Join CIB Technology and be part of the global connectivity collaboration and team that spans across 20 countries About Trade and Transaction Reporting T TR Team The Trade and Transaction Reporting IT Team T TR is an IT engineering organisation that supports and maintains a portfolio of shared services within MSS This role sits within the T TR IT team who maintain and enhance a suite of java based services to facilitate trade reporting in a timely manner to our Regulators The service is primarily built to enable the reporting of CIB trade information to external regulatory bodies Jurisdiction scope is global and is segregated into 3 regions Americas CFTC SEC CSA EMEA FCA ESMA MIFID SFTR BOE etc APAC HKMA MAS ASIC JFSA KRX with project work dependent on business priorities such as the implementation of a new mandatory regulatory specification What are we doing With the ever-changing regulatory requirements we must maintain and enhance the T TR solution to meet the evolving requirements of the external regulatory bodies This requires in-depth review of business requirements alongside third party Global Trade Repository specifications and our Regulator stipulations to ensure full compliance with the scope of what is reported with accuracy of the content the compliance with the message specification and the timeliness within which it is reported The solutions built must align to our strategic architecture which is service based this remains a long term goal as we continue to migrate reporting solutions from our legacy platform DSL to RRCP In this role you will Work with a team of engineers and collaborate with colleagues globally Responsible for the software development lifecycle of the changes you implement Remediation -
