Responsibilities: - Lead and inspire software development across various front and backend projects, including web applications, integrated architecture, and data processing/analytics platforms using Java. - Manage, train, and mentor an engineering team of backend, frontend, and database developers. - Ensure the skills and experience of the current team align with current organizational requirements and future needs. - Collaborate with the team in hands-on development to guide architecture and deliver innovative solutions. - Work with large data sets, fetching data from multiple sources, cleansing, parsing, storing, and building APIs for continuous data retrieval. - Collaborate closely with master data management, data warehouse, and administration teams for effective data storage and management. - Provide technical expertise to the development and support team. - Coordinate with non-technology stakeholders to understand and deliver customer data at scale using appropriate technology and platforms. - Work closely with Product Managers, Owners, and Head of technology to ensure delivery against agreed priorities. - Establish and maintain consistent standards, best practices, and processes throughout the development team.
