• Marketing activities like providing presentation and technical know-how to the probable end users
• Follow-up enquires & monitoring customer satisfaction throughout business cycle.
• Field work and should work on Targets.
• Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
• Review and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Travel to international markets to attend tradeshows, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Manage sales and customer service activities.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
